Where is Lilo Palma Atelier located?

The Workshop is located in Pasaje Interlomas 4,

Loc. 303, in Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, Mexico. Space that I share with Academia de Orfebres for more than 10 years.

 

How do I place an order?

Enter our online store, select the jewel you like. If you have doubts or questions, contact us at lilopalmaatelier@gmail.com , we will gladly assist you.

Make your purchase. You will receive confirmation email and order number. If the jewel is in stock, the shipment will be made within the following 3 business days. If I have to make your jewel, it will take about 15 days to make it. You will receive mail with a guide number that you can track. To receive your shipment you have to sign received.

 

What are the Payment options?

You can only pay with Pay Pal.

It is the safest way to pay.

 

What shipping options are there?

At Lilo Palma Atelier shipments are made with

UPS, DHL and Fedex with signature required on delivery.

All national shipments are free. International shipments are quoted separately, some may generate additional customs costs that are borne by the customer.

Is all jewelry available to buy online?

All Unique Jewels are available and will be shipped within 3 business days of order.

Some collection jewels will have to be made and they will be sent in a period of no more than 3 weeks.

 

How can I verify an order?

You can log into your account to track your orders or contact lilopalmaatelier@gmail.com or call us at

0052 55 54126290. Please have your order number at hand to be able to respond more quickly and accurately.

Can I cancel an order?

If you can cancel an order as long as the shipment has not been made. Contact us at lilopalmaatelier@gmail.com or 0052 55 54126290

Can I make an exchange or refund?

Remember that most of our pieces are unique. You can choose another piece of the same price or higher, paying the difference. No refunds are made.  

Contact us immediately after delivery, no more than 2 days after delivery and request your exchange form, which you must attach to your shipment. Return the item to us within 5 days after delivery, as long as the jewel is in perfect condition. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Do my jewels have a guarantee?

All the pieces that I make are personally reviewed by me before being sent to avoid any mishap. I work with the best materials and these are guaranteed. Material and workmanship are guaranteed.

 

Wear and tear due to use or damage due to misuse or neglect, are not under warranty.

 

Notice of Privacy

At Lilo Palma Atelier we respect your privacy. Your data is exclusively to communicate and be able to make shipments. They will never be given to third parties.

By receiving payments only with PAY PAL we do not have data of your payment methods.
